Tame Impala is an Australian rock band conceived by multi-instrumentalist Kevin Parker. The band began as a home-recording project for Parker, who writes, records, performs, and produces the music.

As a touring act, Parker (guitar, vocals) plays alongside Dominic Simper (guitar, synthesiser) and some members of Australian psychedelic rock band Pond – Jay Watson (synthesiser, vocals, guitar), Cam Avery (bass guitar, vocals), and Julien Barbagallo (drums, vocals).

Tame Impala has released four studio albums with 2020’s “The Slow Rush” being their most recent. Parker had plans to tour and book a bunch of festival tour dates throughout 2020. However, those plans were rescheduled to later in 2021 due to the pandemic.

Some of Tame Impala’s biggest songs include “The Less I Know The Better”, “Elephant”, and “Let it Happen”.
