My Chemical Romance Profile
My Chemical Romance is a punk-rock band from New Jersey. They made their debut in 2002 and have released four studio albums along with a number of EPs, compilations, and special releases.
The group had moderate success with their second album, Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge. Their full breakthrough came on their third album with the release of The Black Parade. It went three times platinum.
Some of the groups most famous songs include The Black Parade, Teenagers, Helena, I’m Not Okay (I Promise) and Na Na Na.
The band disbanded in 2013 until a surprise one-off performance was announced in December 2019. That show in Los Angeles sold out in four minutes. Following that, My Chemical Romance announced shows in Australia, Japan, New Zealand, and North America for 2020, which were ultimately postponed. The band has rescheduled their dates to 2022.
