In total, the RHCP have released 11 studios albums. They have been working in the studio with Rick Rubin on a new album for 2022, which will be the band's first since 2017's The Getaway.

Some of the songs that the Red Hot Chili Peppers are most known for are Californication, Under the Bridge, Otherside, Dani California, Snow (Hey Oh), and more.
