Lizzo is a pop artist from Detroit, Michigan. After releasing a few independent albums in 2013 and 2015, she released her first major album release in 2016.

It wasn’t until 2019 when Lizzo became a huge superstar, when her third studio album called “Cuz I Love You” took off. That album had the singles Juice, Tempo, Truth Hurts, and Good as Hell. It led to her receiving 8 nominations as the Grammy Awards.

During the pandemic, Lizzo was mostly quietly. She released “Rumors” in 2021 and “About Damn Time” in 2022. Her fourth album is called Special, the same name as her 2022 tour.

Luzzi has opened for Florence and the Machine on tour before. She had smaller headlining tours in 2017 and 2019 as well. Other artists similar to Lizzo are Megan Thee Stallion, Cardi B, and Beyonce.
