The Washington Wizards are a professional basketball team in the National Basketball Association (NBA). They compete in the Southeast Division which is in the Eastern Conference. Capital One Arena Overview
Capital One Arena is an indoor, multi-purpose arena located in Washington, DC. It was originally opened back in 1997 as the MCI Center and switched over to the Verizon Center in 2006 when the naming rights changed hands. Verizon lost the rights in 2017 when Capital One took over. The arena is home to the Washington Capitals of the NHL and the Washington Wizards of the NBA.
